We felt Lowcountry Basement did a great job explaining the issue with our house and how they could resolve it (foundation stabilization). We are relieved our historic home is once again structurally sound, and the 25-year warranty gives us peace of mind. We found the entire staff to be professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the process, particularly the crew who did the work over a two-day period. We appreciate the great work that was done and are pleased with the outcome.

I wish to express my appreciation for the services we have recently received from Lowcountry Basement. All employees my wife and I have dealt with, some in person, some repeatedly by phone, have been bright, articulate, personable, and thoroughly professional. This includes salesman John, Ashley, Amanda, and especially installation team Aaron and John. These two young men worked long hours at a brisk pace to get our job done quickly and well. It is important to add that they too are articulate, polite and efficient. Though I can't judge the technical achievements except by future results, their work appears to have been well done. A hearty thanks to you all.
