This home in Charleston, SC was having an issue with its floor sagging. The homeowner contacted Lowcountry Foundation Repair for a free inspection and the inspector presented a dual solution getting an encapsulation and a SmartJack System installed. The homeowner decided to go with that solution. Once installed, the encapsulation blocked out and controlled the moisture from harming the floor, and the SmartJack System resupported the areas that had become weaker over time from the moisture.
