What is PolyLevel?

PolyLevel is a patented product that we inject beneath concrete slabs: driveways, sidewalks, pool decks, and porches. PolyLevel is a high-density polyurethane that can lift slabs, correct unevenness, remove tripping hazards and concrete eyesores. PolyLevel is environmentally friendly, lightweight, and waterproof (PolyLevel.com).

How Do You Do It?

Installing PolyLevel is very quick and easy. After a Lowcountry Basement Systems inspector visits the site, takes measurements, photographs the area and documents other info, the job can be scheduled. The Production Coordinator will work with you to schedule a time for your project. He or she will give you a call a day or two before the project just as a reminder.

When the PolyLevel team leader arrives at your house he will reference the report from the inspector and will review the project with you. After that, he can get started by drilling small holes, roughly the size of a dime, into the concrete where the PolyLevel is to be injected to lift or stabilize the area.

PolyLevel can be used to fill voids and prevent settlement.

The foreman will use something that looks like a paint gun with two hoses attached to it. Those hoses contain two separate components that mix together just before it is injected under the slab. When they mix, it creates a structural grade polymer that rapidly expands (it looks like foam) under the slab. That expansion fills the void and forces the slab to lift.

PolyLevel cures within 15 minutes. After that, you could park your car on the slab without a problem. PolyLevel is in the next generation of mud jacking. It’s quick and effective.

Look at some of our recent work.

PolyLevel is a structural grade expanding polymer that can be injected under concrete slabs through dime-sized holes drilled through concrete. Once injected, PolyLevel rapidly expands, filling voids and pushing the slab up, lifting it.
