Employees were challenged to recite the new mission statement, purpose, and values in front of their coworkers. Almost everyone had them all memorized!
Employees were then split into groups: production, office, and installers. They were asked the simple question "what is?", and were told to write some of the challenges they face on a daily basis within their department.
After the challenges were written, Lowcountry Basement Systems employees were asked, "What can be?" and wrote how they can overcome these challenges.
Lowcountry Basement System's employees came together early Monday mornings to begin the first steps to redefining the industry.
