It expands beneath the concrete slab to lift it back to its desired height. 

Lowcountry Basement Systems' PolyLevel installers used PolyLevel to lift the patio to its level position. The patio looked great and Nelda was very excited about the outcome! 

Pine Crest HOA of Bluffton, SC was experiencing flooding in their fitness and pool center during heavy rains. They stored expensive pool and fitness equipment that couldn't afford to be damaged. They desperately needed to have the area waterproofed and sealed from flooding water so they called Lowcountry Basement Systems to schedule an appointment to receive a free estimate. 

Our inspector, Dan Friesen, carefully took notes and pictures of the damaged area and reported back to the company manager. He suggested that they replace the damaged drywall from the water and replace it with our EverLast Wall Restoration System, a 6 mil vinyl PVC sheet laminated to a ½” fiber reinforced rigid water resistant panel. EverLast wall panels will never rot or warp.

After two days of installation, the EverLast Wall was completely installed and the Pine Crest HOA was very happy with the outcome!
