Upon starting work in the crawlspace, the crew first installed a proper vapor barrier to keep most of the moisture from entering the space. This barrier was composed of a Drainage Matting to allow the water to easily flow back out of the crawlspace as well as a CleanSpace liner to lock the moisture on the exterior of the new barrier. Then a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed in order to pull in the still damp air within the crawlspace and separate any moisture from it. The now-dry air is circulated back throughout the crawlspace while the collected water is forced out of the home through a pump.
