Marshall L., of Estill, SC was concerned about his crawl space after a recent HVAC appointment when he was told the humidity under his home was very high. The HVAC company recommended he call Lowcountry Basement Systems. Marshall was worried about mold under his home, so he scheduled a free inspection.
The inspector went to Marshall’s home and spent two hours inspecting the crawl space, taking photos, measuring distances between piers, taking moisture readings from the joists, beams and subfloor. It was recommended that Marshall completely seal the crawl space from the earth to prevent microbial growth.
Marshall agreed and moved forward with the project. It took three days to do the project and Marshall was thrilled with the results. He could feel the difference inside of his home within three weeks!
