This basement was being used as a storage area and is completely normal to do so. However, many of the items in here are at risk of being damaged.
Water Leaking Through Walls
As you can see from the photo, water has been seeping through the foundation walls and pooling in this low spot.
Waterguard Perimeter Drainage System
To solve the water issue, this perimeter drain was installed to collect all the water seepage and direct it to the sump pump to safely exit the home to a dedicated discharge area.
