This apartment complex in Beaufort, SC had a settlement issue. The building was sinking, cracking and becoming a serious concern for the tenants that lived in the building. The owners called Lowcountry Basement Systems for help.Lowcountry Basement Systems inspected the foundation and recommended stabilizing it with helical and slab piers, PolyLevel was also used to fill voids under the slab. The job required 23 helical piles and 37 slab piers. It took the team four days to complete.
Falling foundation problems

Helical piles were driven into the ground, brackets were attached to the footer. Stabilization was achieved, lift was achieved.
