Photo Album: Sinking Porch Fixed in Jesup, GA

Rick T. of Jesup, GA had an area of his 60-foot-long porch that had settled and cracked all the way to the outer supporting wall. Some areas sank up to a quarter-inch, creating an ugly tripping hazard. Rick was concerned about his property value and didn’t want the situation to get worse. He had seen an ad for foundation repair in the Savannah Morning News and called Lowcountry Basement Systems for a free estimate. The inspector noted the drops in the porch and that the concrete was not supported properly from underneath in the crawl space.
