Photo Album: Sloping Floors Stabilized and Lifted in Savannah, GA
Paul C. of Savannah, GA had floors sloped and he was concerned the problem would get worse. Paul’s neighbor recommended he call Lowcountry Basement Systems for help. An inspector went to Paul’s house and did a thorough evaluation.The inspector noted there were areas of flooring unsupported by sunken piers in Paul’s crawl space. The inspector recommended installing a SmartJack System with supplemental PowerBrace beams to support the joists and main beams underneath the home in the crawl space. Three SmartJacks and two PowerBrace beams were installed at key spots underneath the main beam. Paul’s home was now safely supported from the bottom up once again and his floors back to level. He was thrilled!
