This home in Columbus, GA had issues with moisture issues and a sinking foundation. The homeowner called Lowcountry Foundation Repair and one of our inspectors came out to do a free inspection and customized proposal for the solution. The inspector recommended an encapsulation to create a moisture controlled space and piering to support the foundation. The homeowner decided to move forward with that recommendation and they were very happy with the final results.
