This home in Hardeeville, SC had issues with moisture and support issues with their crawlspace. The homeowner called Lowcountry Foundation Repair and one of our inspectors came out to do a free inspection and customized proposal for the solution. The inspector recommended SmartJacks to support the sinking foundation and an encapsulation to create a moisture controlled space. The homeowner decided to move forward with the recommendation and they were impressed with the final results.
