This home in Savannah, GA had issues with water intrusion in their crawlspace causing a unlevel foundation. The homeowner called Lowcountry foundation Repair and one of our inspectors came out to do a free inspection and customized proposal for the solution. The inspector recommended an encapsulation to create a moisture controlled space and SmartJacks to provide support to the foundation. The homeowner decided to move forward with that recommendation and they were impressed with the results.
