Photo Album: High Humidity in Ruffin, SC Crawlspace
This homeowner was interested in decreasing the humidity in their crawlspace. They were noticing small pools of water and gross smells permeating the home from the crawlspace. They called us at Lowcountry Foundation Repair and we sent a team out to install a CleanSpace Encapsulation, complete with a sump pump and dehumidifier. Additionally, the floor was unsupported in one area, so SmartJacks were installed to stabilize the floor.
