This crawlspace had falling debris and moisture issues. After doing some research, the homeowner called us at Lowcountry Foundation Repair and our team installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System complete with a dehumidifier and sump pump. SmartJacks were also installed in an area where the floor was sloping to stabilize it and help relevel the floor. Now the crawlspace is supported, dry, and the hanging moldy insulation is removed.
