This crawlspace had damp walls & floors along with bad smells. After calling Lowcountry Foundation Repair and having a system design specialist come out to the home, the homeowner agreed to encapsulation as the correct solution to their problem. Our team installed a vapor barrier complete with a sump pump and dehumidifier to regulate the moisture controls and get rid of odors.
