A homeowner in Savannah, GA, contacted our office for help with their wet crawl space. After a thorough inspection, we developed a customized solution to address the issue. Our team encapsulated the crawl space using the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System, which prevents moisture from entering and protects against mold and mildew. We also installed the StarPipe Drainage System to manage water intrusion effectively and replaced the crawl space door with an EverLast Door, designed to resist water damage and improve durability. To ensure optimal air quality and moisture control, we added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which keeps the space dry and healthy. These systems work together to create a clean, dry, and protected crawl space environment.

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier

The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System protects the crawl space by creating a durable, moisture-resistant barrier that prevents water intrusion. Interior Drainage System

The StarPipe Drainage System is installed around the perimeter of the crawl space and will manage water intrusion in the crawl space effectively. It helps redirect water away from the area, preventing moisture buildup and protecting the space from potential water damage.
