Sales Process

We needed help assessing what was needed. After accepting a contract, we discovered that we had two areas where there were drainage issues that would need to be addressed before the lining was installed. A second representative came out to look into those issues and we contracted for additional work. It all worked out but the start date was delayed and the cost increased after the second assessment..

Our Installation Crew

Dedric, Alex, Francis We had a terrific crew. They stayed in touch, arrived when they said they would, worked steadily for many hours each day, and finished the whole job ahead of schedule. On the final day, they spent time making sure I understood what I needed to know about using the lining, sensors, dehumidifier, and sump pump. Plus, they answered all my questions about maintenance. The men were hard working, well informed, patient, and most importantly in my case, kind.

The Cleanup Process

Perfect. The lined area under the house and in all of the work areas was spotless
