Our Overall Service
My initial phone inquiry was handled with friendly professionalism. The literature sent to me provided an excellent overview of how the systems used were effective in addressing foundation problems. Jacob was a great help in explaining how the work would be done and following up afterwards. Xavier and crew were prompt, polite, and professional. The job was completed faster than I expected even though they took time to patiently answer my questions along the way.

The Cleanup Process
Cutting concrete unavoidably creates lots of fine dust. Some of my work was done in a large storage room. The crew cleaned up the open spaces but I couldn't expect them to clean things I had stored on shelves. I should have thought to cover everything but an advance reminder about the dust would have been helpful.
