Damian arrived on time and stayed in contact with us the entire time.

Very pleasant and was very flexible to our schedule. Was like I was speaking to a relative, very personable and relatable.

Damian was professional and explained the photos he took and what he found so that we understood the process fully. Very pleased.

Damian wore protective clothing and booties when entering our home and cleaned up anything he used. Didn't know anyone had been in our home, much less under our home. Very considerate. 5 stars to Damian.
