Our Overall Service
I would give a 5 but the delay in properly addressing the lawn drains (even after a revisit post install) played into this rating. Jordan Sikes came for annual service and Lowcountry has agreed to correct the issue without additional charge so I am satisfied with that. I'd urge the company to address complaints more proactively and completely in the future.
Call Representative
This is for the service representative (not sure if call means the people you talk to on the phone or the person who came to my home): While admittedly still learning, Jordan Sikes was excellent. He listened to my requests and concerns and was sure to address each one. When he felt it was warranted, he conferred with other colleagues to ensure he made the best recommendation for us, our situation, and our long term desires. I appreciate the due diligence and integrity. Well done, Jordan!
