I would recommend Lance Blackwell and his company Lowcountry Foundation and Crawl Space Repair if you discover problems with your foundation/slab. Lance was very thorough and very professional during his visit so he could provide me with an accurate estimate to repair the issues. He explained everything to me in layman’s terms so I could understand what had happened and what would need to be done to rectify the situation. A major project like this is not something to look forward to, but Lance tried to make things as painless for me as possible. Thanks, Lance
