High Humidity in Mount Pleasant, SC Crawl Space

A home inspector mentioned to the owner of this home that they had extreme humidity levels in the crawl space. There was an existing dehumidifier and plastic barrier in the crawl space, but the barrier was not sealed and the dehumidifier was constantly running, too weak to effectively dehumidify the space.
