Facing sagging floors in their Aynor, SC home, the homeowner sought our expertise in crawl space repair. Notice in the before photo, the stress on the floor joists caused issues throughout the foundation. This is where our SmartJack® System came into play. We addressed the problem by installing galvanized steel columns, tailored to secure and lift the structure. As you can see in the after photo, we successfully stabilized the crawl space, providing a resilient foundation and restoring the floors to their original elevation, eliminating bounce and improving stability.
