Our inspector Brian suggested that the crawl space needed to be encapsulated with our CleanSpace product, as well as installing a dehumidifier. Our CleanSpace isolates the home from the earth completely and reduces humidity levels. To keep the humidity levels low, we installed our SaniDry Sedona, which is a dehumidifier that maintains the relative humidity in the crawl space to prevent moisture and microbial growth.
When the project was complete, the homeowner was able to sell her home at a better price, where as a home with a dirty crawl space can depreciate the home's value by 10%. This homeowner was thrilled!
