This home in Columbus, GA had issues with water intrusion in their crawlspace & basement, and their floors had been weakened by that moisture, causing them to become unlevel. The inspector recommended an encapsulation to create a moisture controlled space, a waterproofing system for moving water away from the basement area, and SmartJacks to provide support to the floor. The homeowner decided to move foward with that recommendation and they were impressed with the final results.
