This home had a lot of mold and moisture in the crawlspace. The existing black plastic vapor barrier on the ground was completely ineffective, allowing water into the space and leading to poor drainage. Our team installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System to allow the water seeping in to regularly drain into a pump that removes the water from the area.
