We tackled a challenging crawl space repair project with a comprehensive solution that addressed moisture, structural issues, and drainage. First, we installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to seal off the crawl space from ground moisture, creating a clean, durable barrier. To control humidity, we added the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, which not only keeps the air dry but also filters out mold spores and allergens. For sagging floors, we used SmartJack Support Posts to stabilize and lift the structure, restoring stability and preventing further sinking. To handle water issues, we installed the SmartSump Pump, which efficiently removes water, and added IceGuard Outlets and a LawnScape Outlet for reliable exterior drainage, even in freezing conditions. These systems work together to create a dry, stable, and healthy crawl space. The vapor barrier blocks moisture, the dehumidifier maintains optimal air quality, the SmartJacks reinforce the foundation, and the drainage solutions ensure water is directed away from the home.
