Crawl Space Dehumidification
The SaniDry Sedona is a powerful dehumidifier designed for crawl spaces. It not only removes excess moisture from the air but also filters out mold spores, dust, and other particles. By keeping humidity levels in check, it helps prevent mold growth and ensures the space stays dry and healthy.
Vapor Barrier
The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier is a thick, durable plastic liner that covers the crawl space floor and walls. It acts as a shield, preventing moisture from the ground and walls from entering the space. This barrier helps keep the area dry, reduces humidity, and protects against mold, mildew, and structural damage caused by excess moisture.
Leveling System
The SmartJack System stabilizes and levels sagging floors by using steel support posts that are installed in the crawl space. These posts are anchored to a stable base and connected to the floor joists above. By adjusting the posts, the system lifts the sagging floors back to their proper position, providing long-term support and preventing further settling or damage.
Damp Crawl Space
Before encapsulation, the crawl space was damp and humid due to moisture seeping in from the ground and walls. This created the perfect environment for mold, mildew, and musty odors to thrive. Over time, the excess moisture also weakened the floor joists, causing the floors above to sag and become unstable. Encapsulation solved these issues by sealing off the space and controlling moisture levels.

Our team finished up the project by installing a new EverLast crawl space door that will eliminate moisture from seeping in and since its made of materials that are meant to withstand all weather conditions, the homeowner will never have to worry about peeling paint, loss of functionality, or water damage!
