Soda Blasting in Gray, GA

This crawl space in Gray, GA had years of buildup—mold staining, surface contaminants, and that musty, neglected look that comes with excess moisture and poor air quality. The wood framing was discolored, and the entire space gave off signs of long-term exposure to damp conditions. After soda blasting, the transformation speaks for itself. The wood is clean, bright, and restored to a like-new appearance without harsh chemicals or damage. By removing mold and grime at the surface, the crawl space is now a cleaner, healthier environment—and ready for whatever comes next in the repair or encapsulation process.

Sagging, Bouncing Floors Fixes in Warner Robins, GA

Norman H. of Macon, GA had sagging, bouncing floors, and drywall cracks near his door frames. After going underneath his house he realized he needed help and called Lowcountry Foundation Repair for a free estimate after seeing an ad on Macon’s CBS 13.

The inspector noted wet, soggy insulation, and the piers supporting the foundation sunk into the soft soil due to the excess moisture in the crawl space. The cracks and sagging floors Norman experienced were a direct result of a sinking foundation. The inspector designed a custom solution to stabilize the foundation and encapsulate the crawl space to reduce moisture and humidity.
