This homeowner struggled with uneven floors above their crawl space. To permanently lift, level, and stabilize the floors, we installed our SmartJack Support System. Water vapor and humidity plagued this homeowner's crawl space. To permanently block moisture from entering the space, we installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. Our durable, 20 mil thick liner was fastened throughout the crawl space floor, walls, and support columns to ensure moisture doesn't stand a chance! 

Moisture in the crawl space led to the floor above to rot and become unsafe. Our team assessed the issue and carefully removed the damaged floor and replaced it with new subfloor material to ensure a durable, safe space.

Our foundation pier system repairs cracks by stabilizing the foundation, which stops further movement and relieves stress on the structure. Once the foundation is secured using piers or other stabilization methods, cracks naturally close or become less pronounced as the structure returns to its proper alignment. 

Using our SmartJack Support Post System, this customers sagging crawl space is now permanently leveled and stabilized.
