This homeowner called Lowcountry Foundation Repair when they noticed their home was showing signs of settlement and unlevel floors. Our team installed helical piers to support the corner of the home that was sinking as well as a SmartJack® system in the crawl space to level the interior floor. The homeowner was glad they came to Lowcountry for their foundation leveling project.

This homeowner noticed they had water collecting in their crawlspace so they called Lowcountry Foundation Repair for a free inspection. The inspector recommended an encapsulation be installed to seal off the moisture and drain the water rather than allowing it to collect and breed mold. This creates a moisture-controlled & insulated space, great for home energy efficiency and air quality.

This basement was having water intrusion in the basement, leaving puddles on the ground at the base of walls after every rain. Our production team arrived at the home and installed our waterproofing system, which uses a perimeter waterproofing system to drain and evacuate all water before it can enter the basement space.

Due to damages caused by a tornado, this home's foundation had shifted, causing settlement in areas around the home. There were cracks that had appeared not long after the tornado had passed. Upon inspection, one of our system design specialists discovered multiple joists had snapped or cracked. The concrete block piers located near the broken joists were badly constructed, crooked, and had also settled over time. We sent a team out to install new joists and SmartJacks to lift and support the home.
