In Montrose, GA, a homeowner sought help due to deteriorating air quality linked to their crawl space issues. Our inspector uncovered high humidity and water seepage problems, leading to mold growth and a musty indoor odor. To address this, we installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, which sealed the crawl space from moisture, while the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier and a powerful sump pump maintained ideal humidity levels and managed water intrusion, ultimately restoring clean, healthy air quality.

Due to excessive moisture in the crawl space, the subfloor rotted, warped, buckled, and led to uneven floors. We replaced and sistered joists, as well as installed new subflooring after removing the water and mold-damaged subfloor.

After the inspection with our Design Specialist, it was determined that their crawlspace door was below grade of the outside soil causing it to flood every time it rains. The solution to this issue was the installation of a Everlast well and Everlast door. The Everlast well lowers the grade in front of the door opening. Drainage rock is also added to give the water a place to go. The Everlast Door is an airtight crawlspace door customized for the home which adds further protection.
