Our inspector recommended a sump pump with drainage matting to direct water out of the crawlspace and away from the house, along with a dehumidifier to lower the humidity. The homeowner decided to move forward with the project and was very happy with the results.
A homeowner in Daniel Island, SC noticed a water issue in their basement. The water was coming through and along the base of the walls. We were able to design a customized waterproofing solution that fit the needs of the basement and the homeowner was happy to move forward with it. Our team installed the WaterGuard Perimeter Waterproofing System and CleanSpace® Wall Vapor Barrier to collect and drain the water, then that water drains into a sump pump, in which the water is pumped out and away from the home.
