Our CleanSpace vapor barrier system will seal this damp crawl space by creating an airtight barrier that prevents moisture from entering. The heavy-duty, 20-mil thick polyethylene liner is installed on the walls and floor, effectively blocking moisture and reducing humidity levels. A vented crawl space can cause high humidity levels due to the influx of warm, moist air from outside. This air cools as it enters the crawl space, leading to increased humidity. Our team installed the SaniDry Sedona, a powerful dehumidifier, to eliminate this issue. The SaniDry Sedona works by drawing in moist air, removing the excess moisture, and then circulating dry air back into the crawl space, maintaining optimal humidity levels.
