This crawlspace had brick pillars that were deteriorating due to the high moisture levels. With our help at Lowcountry Foundation Repair, we were able to supplementally support the floor with our galvanized steel SmartJacks that will not rust over time.

The SmartJack Support System is a foundation repair solution designed to address issues such as sinking and settling floors. It consists of steel support posts that are installed in this customers crawl space to provide additional support and stability. The system works by effectively lifting and leveling the floors. This helps to prevent further settlement and can improve the overall structural integrity of the home.
