This customer was experiencing stair step cracks in their brick. We were able to install push piers that closed the crack and stabilized the foundation from any further movement.

This Savannah, GA homeowner was a previous customer of  Lowcountry Foundation Repair in 2014. They were so happy with the results from their previous problem, that they wanted us to come back out to install more SmartJacks under their crawl space!

They previously had a damaged joist in the crawl space that we fixed with our SmartJacks, which are used as a column support that lifts sagging floor joists. The homeowner had us return and install more SmartJacks in their crawl space to insure a safe foundation.

This Savannah, GA homeowner became concerned when she noticed pooling of water in her crawl space. She decided to call  Lowcountry Foundation Repair to schedule a free appointment with one of our inspectors. 

Our inspector, Brian Hunter, suggested that she encapsulate the crawl space with our CleanSpace liner, a seven-layer reinforced laminate that isolates the home from the earth completely and reduces humidity levels. Brian also suggested that we install our SaniDry Sedona, a dehumidifier that maintains the relative humidity in the crawl space to prevent moisture and microbial growth.

After two days of installation, the crawl space was completely encapsulated and the homeowner was thrilled with the outcome!
