Our team successfully repaired this customers cracked and uneven driveway using our highly effective PolyLevel and NexusPro Systems. PolyLevel is a lightweight yet strong polyurethane foam injected beneath concrete to lift and stabilize it, filling voids and leveling the surface. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant designed to repair cracks and joints, preventing water intrusion and protecting against further damage. Both systems work together to restore and protect concrete driveways effectively.
A homeowner in Richmond Hill, GA was experiencing some startling settlement in their crawl space. They had a high spot in the floor and some sagging in others which is never normal. After an inspection from one of of our Design Specialist, it was determined that the main beam of the home had started to separate at a junction point. Our Expert Crew jumped right in with a new main beam and SmartJack System to put this homeowner at ease.
This home in Savannah, GA needed an encapsulation to control the moisture under the home. They called Lowcountry Foundation Repair and were greatly satisfied by the work that was done. The encapsulation created a clean, moisture controlled space, effectively protecting the foundation from rot and the air from bad musty smells.
This home in Saint Marys, GA had an area of the floor that was unlevel in the home. The crawlspace was subjected to high moisture levels, weakening the wood foundation over time, and increasing the need for more support in areas between the existing piers. We were able to help this homeowner by first installing SmartJacks to support one area of concern. Although the homeowner didn't have the resources at the time to have a full encapsulation installed, we were still able to provide a customized partial solution to the homeowner including drainage matting, our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, and a waterproofing system to pump excess water away from the space. The homeowner plans to make the investment in getting a full encapsulation in the future, complete with the CleanSpace vapor barrier.
