Before encapsulating the floor with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, drainage matting was installed throughout the floor to prevent moisture build up. The dimples on the matting creates an easy drainage path for water to drain to the sump system for easy removal.
Our foundation pier system addressed a homeowner's settling foundation by stabilizing and lifting it back to its original position. Steel piers were driven deep into stable soil layers, bypassing the weak, shifting soil near the surface.
