Mold began to grow in this customer's crawl space due to high moisture levels and humidity. We solved this problem using our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier system and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The CleanSpace vapor barrier system works by sealing off the crawl space from moisture, while the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier reduces humidity levels, creating an environment that prevents mold growth.

This homeowner in Saint Marys, GA was concerned about their crawlspace due to the fact that it was untouched for many years. Upon Further inspection from our Design Specialist Johnathan, there was a large about of mold growth present due to high humidity. A home owner in Saint Marys, GA was having an issue of wall cracks in the interior of their home. This was puzzling to the the homeowner due to the fact that the home is on a slab foundation. There is a common misconception that slab homes will have no issues. While they do have fewer issues than a crawl space, it is not true. Think about it: thousands of pounds of concrete and building material sitting on top of soil that was removed and disturbed in order to build the home. We fixed this settlement with interior helical slab piers, which have permanently stopped the slab settlement and even raised it back.
A homeowner called us out to inspect their home where they were experiencing floor levelness issues. After inspection, it was found to be that a pier had sunken and cause sloping in the floor. A Smartjack was installed in the area of problem to correct the issue.
