A homeowner in Savannah, GA contacted us when they took a step in their home and their foot continued right through the floor. We quickly got them on the schedule since this is an urgent matter and got it repaired for them!

Moisture in the crawl space led to the floor above to rot and become unsafe. Our team assessed the issue and carefully removed the damaged floor and replaced it with new subfloor material to ensure a durable, safe space.

We installed our SmartJack support system to address the sagging floor issue caused by inadequate supports underneath. This involved assessing the problem areas, preparing the site, placing the SmartJacks at strategic points, and adjusting them to lift and stabilize the floor. A final inspection ensured the supports were properly installed and the floor was level and stable.

Before encapsulating the floor with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, drainage matting was installed throughout the floor to prevent moisture build up. The dimples on the matting creates an easy drainage path for water to drain to the sump system for easy removal.
