We installed SmartJack support posts with a steel beam in the crawl space to stabilize the structure and address sagging or uneven floors. The SmartJacks provide adjustable support, while the steel beam enhances load distribution, preventing further settling and maintaining the home’s structural integrity.

Our team installed the WaterGuard Perimeter Waterproofing System and CleanSpace® Wall Vapor Barrier to collect and drain the water, then that water drains into a sump pump, in which the water is pumped out and away from the home, leaving the basement dry all the time, even during heavy rain!
