After calling Lowcountry Foundation Repair, our team installed a SmartJack support system complete with galvanized steel to keep the crawlspace supported and leveled. Note that in the after image of the SmartJacks, our team was in the process of installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation system to control the moisture levels in the space. The brown layer on the ground is the drainage matting layer of our encapsulation system. A CleanSpace vapor barrier is installed next over this layer.

One of our system design specialists came out to the home and did a thorough inspection. They were surprised to discover that there was serious termite damage to the wood in a third of the home's floor space and the floor was sloping downward to one side. Our production team was able to solve both issues by replacing the damaged wood and installing a SmartJack support system to support and help relevel the sloped floor.
