This North Charleston, SC homeowner became concerned about his foundation when he noticed that the pillars in his crawl space were not completely supporting his home. He contacted Lowcountry Foundation Repair and we scheduled him for a free appointment with one of our inspectors.
Our inspector suggested that the pillars be replaced with our SmartJacks, a galvanized steel column support that lifts sagging floor joists.
