To keep this customers crawl space dry all the time we installed our CleanSpace Drainage Matting paired with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. Our CleanSpace drainage matting works by creating a space between the dirt floor and the CleanSpace vapor barrier, allowing water to flow freely to a sump pump or drainage system. This prevents water from being trapped and reduces moisture buildup, enhancing the effectiveness of the vapor barrier in keeping the crawl space dry.

Our inspector talked with the homeowner about the solutions we provide and settled on having a sump pump installed to pull water out and away from the foundation, drainage matting installed to help water drain to the pump or away from the foundation, and SmartJacks to adress the foundation issue with the floors being uneven and not properly supported.
