The homeowner called Lowcountry Foundation Repair for a solution and our inspector came out for a free inspection. Our inspector talked with the homeowner about the solutions we provide and settled on having a sump pump installed to pull water out and away from the foundation, drainage matting installed to help water drain to the pump or away from the foundation, and SmartJacks to adress the foundation issue with the floors being uneven and not properly supported.
