Normal vapor barriers are a thin, flat sheet of plastic that is prone to suctioning to the ground giving water no way to dissipate. With Drainage matting, this polyethene material is made with dimples to let water seepage flow under the matting with ease while still being rugged.

The CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed in the customer's crawl space to prevent moisture from entering and to maintain a dry environment. It works by creating a durable, waterproof barrier that blocks ground moisture and reduces humidity levels, thereby protecting the crawl space from mold, mildew, and structural damage.

Before our team arrived, the customer’s floor was sinking due to unstable support columns in the crawl space. This issue not only caused an uneven surface but also raised concerns about the structural integrity of the home.
