Noah, Jordan and Jordan were very professional and knowledgeable. Completed a thorough inspection of the crawl space. Had another company quote me for replacing structural beams over $35K. Their inspection uncovered a possible reason why the trusses were soft. Dehumidifier was reading in the high moisture levels. This could possibly be the culprit. Getting a professional second look at what could have been unnecessary expense. I appreciate their level of experize and honest recommendation.

The service representation was the one who recommended they come out to take a second look. Also, waved the service call fee as they had performed work with installing piers last year.
