Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing Problem in Warner Robins, GA
This homeowner in Warner Robins, GA emailed Lowcountry Basement Systems about a waterproofing problem he was having. “I have a covered front stoop area that is level with the sidewalk (for wheelchair accessibility) that receives water and has pooled in the stoop area causing it to seep through to an interior wall causing damage.”
“It is excess water probably blowing in and leaking from the gutters above it. I am replacing the gutters and repositioning a drain spout to help reduce the water coming in.
However the years of rain has eroded under the sidewalk and caused a leak between the outside and inside of the house in that stoop area. I need to eliminate the source of the problem, repair any outside damage and hopefully prevent any future issues.”
Lowcountry Basement Systems went to the home to inspect the problem.
