Sealed Drainage System
After the WaterGuard system was installed and leveled, concrete is used to seal the system.

Before Waterproofing
Water was seeping into this basement at the wall/floor joint. Hydrostatic pressure from outside the walls caused the foundation wall to tilt inwards.

WaterGuard System
A trench is made around the perimeter of the basement floor for the WaterGuard installation.

Sump Pump System
The team installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump to remove water captured in the drainage system and pump out of the basement.

Sump Pump Features
The TripleSafe Sump Pump offers reliable water removal with three levels of protection: 1. A primary pump for normal conditions. 2. A secondary pump for heavy water flow or primary pump failure. 3. A battery-backup pump to ensure operation during power outages. This system keeps basements dry under any circumstance.

GeoLock System
Our CleanSpace Wall System is fastened to the wall to prevent moisture from passing through. The plates of the GeoLock Wall Anchor System were then installed to stabilize the wall while gradually bringing it back to its level position.

LawnScape Outlets
These outlets are installed at the end of the exterior discharge line to allow water to freely flow from the system while maintaining a flush to ground feature and easily removable lid for cleaning and maintenance.

Stable Soil
The GeoLock Wall Anchor System stabilizes tilting basement walls by anchoring them to stable soil outside the foundation. This counteracts the pressure causing the tilt, prevents further damage, and can even help straighten the walls over time.
